Angel M. Flener, LE is a licensed aesthetician, educator, and author with over 20 years of experience in the medical aesthetics and spa industry. Licensed in both Arizona and Hawaii, Angel is best known for her innovative approach to results-driven skincare, her award-winning outreach work, and her commitment to accessibility for all. She began her career in 2005 as a makeup artist with MAC Cosmetics before attending the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale. Inspired by a desire to serve her four daughters' skincare needs, she launched The Skin Coach—now a community favorite and a “Neighborhood Fave” on the Nextdoor App. Angel was recently named one of Scottsdale’s “50 Over 50” Women Business Owners for her work with underserved clients through her initiative, Angel’s Ohana. As an educator, she has developed curriculum for Arizona esthetics schools and currently mentors new and transitioning estheticians through her business coaching programs.
